If I recall correctly I say something about it in README. Anyways,

BandwidthConnects is the amount of kb per second allocated for connections

BandwidthTransfer is the total bandwidth for uploads

BandwidthTotal is uploads+connections

try help <VariableName>. Some of the variables are documented.
