Try this:
Download LimeWireWinNoVM.bin from this address

http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireMacNoVM.bin

Unzip this to the folder where you would like LimeWire installed, then set up Java to run it.

I'm sure exactly how to do this because I don't have a mac available right now, could someone check this out?
