It's flooding the network with queries and hammering clients with download requests every few seconds. Bearshare and I believe also gnucleus are planning to do something about it, too (according to my knowledge, Bearshare already blocks QtraxMax). I read some posting on the GDF, that the QtraxMax people would throttle requeries / download requests in the versions to come but until they update, they will probably be blocked by more and more clients (except for Morpheus, since Streamcast is probably neither aware of any problems gnutella has nor able to do something about it).
