No, its a good idea.
Having a big list of Ultrapeers accepting connections helps clients to connect and search more efficient.
GWebcache is currently doing this stuff.

All IPs submitted to the GWebcache system are supposed to be Ultrapeers.
If you have an ASP server, go download Lynn 0.4 (Advertising!).
