Exclamation fix Upload bandwidth limiting
This option (under Tools -> Options -> Uploads -> Basic) *used* to work, back before the whole 2.x series. Maybe it was designed to work with Java 1 only. In any case, it needs to be updated to work with Java 1.4.0 ...
