I thought about upgrading and purchasing the program, but not sure that will happen unless the problem I have is fixed. This has happened twice so far. I have some songs that will be in the downloads section under the search tab downloading. I will close the program and shut off my computer. When I turn my computer on later and start the program, all the songs waiting in the downloads section under the search tab will be gone. The section will be totally empty. When you go to the incomplete folder, they are still there, but they are not downloading under that section and they are not completed. What the heck is going on. I lost a big list the first time this happened and now the second time I have lost a big list again. This is driving me crazy and not allowing me to spend the money on the program.
