If my limewire app and high speed connection is in Ultrapeer mode, do I theoretically have liability for the searches and downloads of pirated mp3, software, or illegal porn? The reason I ask is I turned on Ultrapeer, then enabled incoming searches. Some of the searches - my god are sick! and easily illegal.

Please help me decide.
