I definetly agree with Tomas C Greene on this issue.
The RIAA and their likes surely has to much power and are threatening the democratic rights of the US citizens and also citizens in foreign countrys.The way they have been able to pass legislation in the US justice system is frightening.It seems like the Justice system are to much influenced by the lobbying of large powerfull corporations and their organisations.The Bush scandal and his involvement with Enron is proof of that.It seems like the large corporations and their organisations are deliberatly sneeking they way into the Government by making close relationships to Government officials and probably even some of them are suceptible to bribery.This is a method they are using to gain in power and thats probaly one of the reasons they have so successfully succeeded in the for instance the recent CARP issue.
The democracy is not something that has been given to us but people had to fight hard and alot of lives where spilled during this long going struggle to reach where we are today.
And we cannot relax now but we must indeed start a war agains the RIAA and their likes because they are threatening the Democracy in some aspects.
So no way I am going to love the RIAA they deserve to go to jail all of them.We can arrest them for "Crime against Humanity and Democracy"
