"Hey, didnt I already see it in the net?"

Hello!
But that is precisely my point!.They practically made the legislations regarding Copyright protection that we currently have hence made us criminals(They have to much power in the US justice system as I described in my previous post). There is no public support for such laws in the general public. And also the methods they have used in the past and are planning to use to stop according to them illegal distribution of Copyrighted material is so out of line that they do deserve to go to jail themselfs they are by no means victims even if they want you and everyone else to think so.They are infact thieves themselfes well atleast the record companys that they represent. They are stealing the copyright and most of the money that the sales bring in from the artists. They are sort of a maffia organisation that way!
If it where not for filesharing I am sure that the drop in sales would have been even worse. In Sweden the sales have actually gone up 9% the last year(How strange that that is the case when Filesharing exist, they truly are stupid). However the reason that the general international sales have gone down for the last copule of years is due to these factors:
-The major reason is the fact that the prices on albums today are way to high $17 for an album is to high for many peoples wallets.A drop to a price of about $12 for an album would probably raise the sales of albums with about 50%giving the record industry an increase in profit with about 15% compared to today. But they seem to be to stupid to realise that.
-To much crappy music is realesed these days so many people gets full of music and feels no need to go out and buy it.A little less frequent realeses from artists such as Britney Spears etc would definetly help improve their sales(Because people would not get tired of hearing their music) hence also help the less popular artists whitin the same label.
-These days you can hear music everywhere you go in the malls on various music tv channels but also ordinary channels. On the radio in your car and at home and ofcourse also in your home stereo and your computer and on very many conserts so people gets more full of music these days then they used to and consumers willingess or urge to buy a CD has fallen a little bit.
Personally I do not like the way the major record companys are pushing their artists these days they are never free and are constanly pushed over the limit no wonder they get worned out and have a short career because they no longer have the strenght to continue. To many scheduled appearences and to heavy tours and promotions gets the best out of them leaving very little left. And yeat the record companys gets the most money and on top of that they even claim to own the artists music(Copyright). They truly are thieves. If it where just shared equaly 50/50 it would be OK but that is not the case they take like 80-90% of the artists income. They treat their artists like well almost like slaves and also they see us consumers as the enemy when it is themselfes that are to be blaimed for the recent drop in sales. So they deserve no respect from us.
