Well, I tried killing the download and re-requesting it. Same thing. Then I attempted Browse Host, and it reports your IP address as being 0.0.0.0 - but that's probably my fault, because attempted to connect from the old search, whereas you say you quit and restarted LimeWire. I'm not getting that file in my current search.
