do you have a good install of java JRE?. You might want to uninstall the Java JRE using add/remove. Then uninstall LW same way. go to www.java.sun.com and d/l Java2JRE 1.4.0 se. Install it and then redownload LW. I had to do that a few times before I could get things moving smoothly.
