yes I agree - but in my defence - anyone going to the site would immediately see the 'free' version was adware
gotta say though that I'd still rather have jet audio with a mostly greyed out banner than the small clean players and I've spent way too much time checking out 'the latest/coolest thing' - apart from anything else (and it has heaps of features) I really like the way it manages high bit rate files - I quite like the new (clean) winamp but for files @320 it just dosn't match jet audio
on the more general issue of spyware - if you visit
http://www.****microsoft.com/content...en-files.shtml you'll see that worrying about what adware tracks is utterly irrelivent compared with what microsoft is already doing via its hidden files embedded deep in the OS
