I have Cequadrant (from Comcrap aka Compaq), when I have downloaded songs SOME songs are "burnable" or recognized by Cequadrant as MP3...yet others are not (therefore I cannot burn them), even though they ARE Mp3.

Anyone else encounter this problem?
How can I fix it if it is fixable?
