I still believe that it is a 50/50 responsibility for the software developer and the parent to regulate the Internet.
The parent sets the time and what the child can/can not access while the software should be able to provide the option of blocking certain words or phrases and have that option being able to be locked and hopefully not easily altered via the registry or a INI file.

But those filtersoftwares can be bypassed easily.
I dont know, I think it would be better to discuss this matter
with the children than simply to forbid those things.
