Sure, like i say what i am most shocked about is the lack of options that students really have.. Hopefully it will be successful and take off elsewheres like the university of florida. If students want to use file sharing programs, and use up more bandwidth and etc. then they can pay to do so. You could also do what dsl providers do and put download/upload caps and have different price plans. The more flexible it is the better it would be that way the more bandwidth a person wants the more they can pay for it.

Iamnacho bandwidth over lan isnt used nearly as much as internet bandwidth.. Plus i think that those people would rather be able to use file sharing programs on the internet and not the lan too..
