if you didnt already try replacing your hostsfile.txt in the same directory as the xolox.exe ( c:/program files/xolox) in this *current* version , do so. You can get a good one here: www.xolox.nl/hostslist.txt


"... the 'connecting' issue is more and more common and we've had the 'connection problem' link on the site offering a fresh hostlists for well over a week.. now it's just sending to get a more recent build from cnet i believe.
The developers have been working extra hard to put a new version out... veeery soon. It is much improved with connectivity and searches, some much requested features, and some new things that is only opening the way for a lot more in builds after it."
