Hi - can anyone tell me what the difference is between +Available and Available???

And one more thing: sometimes I REALLY wanna download a song, even if I can't connect right away, so instead of aborting I let the song remain on the list for a while. Is there any point in this, I mean if I can't download it the first time, is there a possibility that I will be able to download it a few days later?
