I'm going through huge changes for Phex 0.8. It will support all the new proposels like Browse Host, Partial File Sharing and Active Queuing. Since time is limited and I have not much help while developing I decided to spend more time in development and less time in testing, preparing and releasing the next version.

I will think about releasing a more or less stable beta soon.

You might also like to look at the Phex sourceforge site. If you like to try to build a release yourself from the CVS source.
