Pro Trouble Dear LimeWire:
Here are some problems that I see you having:
1. I have written to your support department twice regarding purchasing LimeWire Pro and I never got a response.
2. Occasionally I shut down and when I restart LimeWire and it reminds me to upgrade to Limewire Pro, but when I click on that or the "Buy" button, I get a bogus link and an error message and it never connects with you LimeWire Pro website.
This might be hurting your business.
I am interested in Pro, but I need an address where I can send you a money order for the product and shipping costs. I do not bank and do not use credit cards, so please get back to me.
Or not. I'll find another company to send my cash to...
