LimeWire isn't really designed to handle so many downloads. I expect (hope!) most users don't have more than 10 or so active at a time. Does LimeWire still have problems if you only have a few downloads and no active searches?

Do you get performance problems if you have just one download and then do a very popular search with lots of results? If so, I think I can fix that for LW 2.7.2.
