I do know that two people behind routers can prevent connections and am wondering whether I can increase my connection success rate by making a change in my setup.
My experience with downloading from behind a Linksys BFSR41 has indicated that it does not impede downloading. For folks wishing to upload it does seem to make a difference... I believe I have seen reference to implementing port forwarding in those cases.
