Open Limewire and on the top menu bar select - tools, options, saving.

This will show you the directory where your downloaded files go to.

Now choose - sharing and browse to the same directory. This will let you share all downloaded files.

Now lets say you already have a directory full of files you would like to share. Again choose -- tools, options, sharing and add your directory to the shared list.
