If Y is an x86 user Y does not necessary have any dlls or exes. (Sharing ones root directory or the c:\windows directory is generally not a very good idea on windows, it's like sharing your /etc/passwd file on unix-like systems...).
However sharing useless data is possible - although we can safely assume that the average user won't do that.
