Setting ones speed to T3 if you indeed do not have a T3 connection is misleading and hurts the file sharing community. I filter out all connections below a cable modem (since this is what I have) and am not interested in trying to download from those without them) If you are misleading the community into thinking you actually have a T3 then my downloads from you are going to be painfully slower than what I am looking for.
