Concerning your iMac, there is no problem other than getting the correct settings in the connection window.

For one thing, you must set the number of connections to "3" It doesn't come that way when you install it. So set it conrrectly. Otherwise you'll continue to experience problems.

Then there are a number of DNS numbers/server names that you can add which will make the connection better/more stable. I'm trying to find those numbers/server names right now, which is why I'm going through the forum posts.
When I find those numbers I will post them with
under CONNECTIONS/DNS/SERVER NAMES.

Look for them.
