Uninstall it completely off your system and after you do this.
Depends on what windows version you have to which I only understand windows try updating your windows at
www.windowsupdate.com and make sure you update everything thats needed to be updated. and then try again.
If not, you may need to go through and delete everything manually even in the registery, you shouldn't have to do this so if you have windows 98 and up and not Linux or Mac this is what I would try first.
Make sure you don't have spyware or adware from using other clients/programs that may cause this problem
