Default speeding up "hot files"

partial file uploading helps with this somewhat.

if a client can start uploading files even before it's done downloading them, it helps distribute it faster. it also uploads it before the user moves it to CD or a non-shared folder.

Bitzi or more metadata could help determine which are 'hot' (in-demand?) files.

A feature to allow users to enter comments about a file that would get added to the metadata of the file would help with many things I think.

Hmmm that breaks with privacy however...

Damn, privacy concerns are really just to protect us all from the government, and corporate lawyers.

A feature to "replace corrupt politicians, political parties, and greedy corporate managers" would go a long way to alleviate this

I wonder how this could be implemented...
