I know that "Waiting 53s for busy" means that the server is overloaded and is refusing any more downlods.

But what is the meaning of "Requery Sent, Waiting xxxs for Results" mean? Does that mean that the server isn't available and my computer is waiting 5 minutes before trying to see if it's available again?
