The Shared folder is not automatically added to the Library Tab. You will need to designate it.

Go to Tools>Options>Sharing... the Shared Folder should appear in "Shared Directories"... highlight it, hit Apply, then OK.
You should now see the Shared Folder listed along with the Incomplete Folder in the Library Tab.
