You'll have better luck with hosts that are green. The black hosts can sometimes be outdated--in other words, some part of the network thinks they're still there when they really aren't. Also, if you claim to be a T3 when you really only have dialup, you'll most likely show up as black, since your speed won't be verified as accurate.
