Hey--maybe that is a Java sign! On my old pb5300 running 8.6, web pages that loaded anything Java would make everything slower than support replies here. If I did want to see the page displayed, I'd have to go get a cup of coffee while waiting--or often worse--restarting. I still today think of Java and going for a cup of coffee, but my new iBook loads Java stuff faster than I can run for a refill.

Boy, "the team" is really laying low. Something must be going on, maybe the internet police have come crashing in. Gathering ip's left and right, for future harrassment. Eh?

Wondered that myself, especially after hearing about the RCMP going after people here in Canada a few weeks ago. I haven't checked for further details, but both Trap_Jaw here
http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...=&postid=65100 and Porfiry over at Acq.
http://www.sciforums.com/f72/s/showt...threadid=16918 seem to be saying that major improvements are happening to Limewire, so I now suspect/hope? the silence here is because they're holed up busily writing code that reassures us about using p2p.
Anyway--sorry to have gotten off topic. Hope you get a good answer to your original posting.
