FYI: Vinnie, the maker of Bearshare, has decided to block uploads from Bearshare to Shareaza. Because of this, Shareaza users are now blocking uploads to Bearshare. This effects Bearshare users a lot more than it does Shareaza users since Shareaza users report hardly ever downloading from Bearshare while a large percentage of their uploads are to Bearshare. Vinnie has cut off his Bearshare users from a large pool of files.
If you want to make sure you are finding the most files and have better downloads you should switch to Shareaza. Shareaza has G2 (Gnutella2) which has Global Search, among other advanced features. Bearshare, Limewire, and the rest of the Gnutella 1 clients do not have these advanced features. They only search a small fraction of the overall Gnutella network.

www.sharelive.com to find verified files with Shareaza. Sharelive is a database of magnet links for verified files on G2. Ever download a file only to find out it's something else? Sharelive fixes that.
