Sometimes your are lucky, sometimes you're not.
Perhaps you can try to reduce the speed of uploads, but nothing more. (Uploads->Options->Upload Speed)
For me, it's just the same. Sometimes it goes at 50kb/s, sometimes at 0.5kb/s.
