In OSX, just click on one of the files from the Finder, Get Info, and open the"Open with" option to change the default to iTunes. In iTunes, command-o gets you the "add to Library" dialog. Searching these forums is the quickest way to check for answers, so if your problem is different, do past back with solutions too.
