Everything downloaded and set up beautifully then WHAM! it disappears from the screen and nothing was touched. What's the fix. People are asking and I don't see no answers popping up. But I do see the reminder popping up on my screen every five minutes asking if I would like to upgrade. Sure I would, but help me out here I'm dying on the vine. Tech Support where are you?
Also while I am on the subject every time I download and install a new version of Xolox it works wonderfully and then it just slowly quits working and I have a hopper full of files I am trying to download. My machine is on all sort of hours and nothing happens. So that's two questions. I love my Xolox and wish it was much better than it was. Please I am not complaining. I am waiting for the day when it takes the crown and I appreciate everything you guys are doing to make it better. jd
