sure it does. The emule/ed2k network has the best content out there. But the clients suck. I have been in queue for days without downloading anything before. Gnutella is a superior network for content distribution but lacks the quality of content that emule has. If you could give emule users a client that can still access emule content but give them the superior performance of gnutella than many of them (and their content) would migrate to the gnutella network. And for all the current gnutella users the emule content would flow more readily onto the gnutella network. |
