I have read the download faq's, read the above thread (and others on this matter), unistalled and reinstalled and am on a mac 10.2.3 OS . Initially on the first install I could download - then started to get all in Reply sent, waiting(RSW)
After reinstallation the first 2-3 dowload were successful and the rest are now in the dead zone of RSW. I see that others have the same problem though appearantly not ubiquitous.
