i have a problem

i just downloaded and installed the new limewire but when i start limewire it works for about 10sec and than it stops.
i get the message:

limewire has unexpe..(i dont know how you write the word).... quit and that there was a type 2 error

and than the hole thing freezes and i have to restart the hole computer
what can i do about this can somebody help me

by the way i am running limewire on a mac os 9.2.1
