In case you didn't already find out--the incompletes are just that, incomplete. That folder is where LW stored downloads in progress. Once complete (if ever), the files are transferred to the "Shared" folder. You should try to avoid messing with incompletes: think of them as "busy" files.

Can't help you much with the iPod stuff. I just searched for "ipod" and came up with some other threads. Here's one for starters ipod

BTW-there's lots of spam masquerading as good files, so trash any junk that completes: you don't want to end up sharing junk. Try to only share tried, true, and tested files to help others.
