Hi

If features of the earlier version of LW are now missing or you are experiencing instability in the window images in any of the displays, you need to strip out and trash all the old elements of LW (not just use uninstall) and install a newly downloaded version of LW. I had similar problem which this cured

If that doesn't work, come back and ask for more help.
