definitely fewer uploads taking place.

I upgraded from 2.9.8-Pro to 2.9.9-Pro(Beta) without incident, connected momentarily as an Ultrapeer but then fell back to a Leaf; this is what usually happens, probably because I have so many uploads going. Usually, after a day on-line, I'll have 9 uploads going (my max) plus 5-10 queued. Now, I have just 4 uploads going (and there was only 1 a minute ago). There're lots of different servents, at least -- Gnucleus, Mutella, Acquisition, and GTK-gnutella.
