We took out search by hash features in LimeWire because they were being abused on the network for massiver requerying by other clients. As part of this , we took out query origination parts of Magnet. For now, Magnets can only be used in LimeWire when there is a defined source of that content included in the Magnet link. Our fear was that Magnets would lead to too many network searches if done otherwise.
