I have actually just purchased the LimeWirePro! The files do not go into the shared section of my library after they have downloaded. I have never had this problem and since you have no official tech support email, I am not sure I will be able to solve this it. I am very disappointed. I had been using the free service on my home computer and was so pleased. I guess I have wasted $ by actually purchasing. I hope you solve this issue as it looks like you have some disappointed people.
