I got the following off my ISP's web site. Might it be the reason I can't establish a connection with LimeWire, BearShare, or any other similar protocol anymore? Please comment. Thank you!

Come to think of it, the stated date of their last revision coincides with about the time I started having these unable to connect problems. Or am I just going crazy?
