Could you expand on that 'modem setting' comment just a bit? I'm having a somewhat similar problem as described above. I also have a cable modem and up until a month ago, everything was fine. Now, I'm being over-run with numerous uploads and LW performance has dropped tremendously. I've set the limit for uploads to -10- but it doesn't appear to be having any affect. Thanks in advance.
