Customer dissatisfaction A post from a few weeks ago from mkuenzler caught my attention as I am visiting this board for the first time. I want to respond with a new thread so that it doesn't go unnoticed.
mkuenzler is on to something whether Blackbird will admit it or not.
There are a whole bunch of people who clearly aren't being blocked from Gnutella by their service providers. They have the latest upgrade. Some even paid money thinking the PRO version would do the trick (as I just foolishly did.)
And these people are not connecting!
I'm running on Earthlink, just like Blackbird, but I am not connecting. I have the latest upgrade, and I'm not connecting. I don't have any firewalls or proxies or any of that stuff. I don't even know what they are. And I'm not connecting.
Blackbird can defend these guys, but I know I just got taken. Maybe a relatively small number of people have this problem. But some of these people just paid for a product that does nothing.
So here's a question Blackbird might be able to answer for me - How can I get my money back? |
