Limewire first off, is probably set to filter on your computer. For instance, I set Limewire to only report results coming from reliable (3 or 4 star) sources and with a speed of Cable or higher. Bearshare most likely just reports ever darn result it gets, regardless of whether or not you can download it. Limewire attempts to only report useable sources as results.
