I don't know which I find funnier- a copy of Photoshop that is really fake Britney Spears porn or the idea of somebody getting pissed off enough to type in all caps because the bootleg software they were trying to score for free didn't pan out.
If the junkie on the corner gets powdered sugar instead of crack on a score, are we supposed to be hacked off at the drug dealer for being a bad merchant, angry about the junkie being an addict in the first place, or just relieved the junkie didn't get a fix?
I admit it hacks me off big when I invest time in downloading an mp3 I want to check out so I will know if I want to buy a CD, and the mp3 turn out to be badly encoded and have blurps in it or be missing the end (see my complaints in another thread), but it is, unfortunately, very much part of the game. About all you can do is get back on the horse.
If what you want is an evaluation copy of Photoshop to try it before you buy it, Adobe offers a tryout here:

Watch the wrap on that. If what you want is to steal a copy of the software, then I think the "price" you have to pay is dealing with a little porn and some stupid things people have set out to snare folks like you.
I wish you the best of luck.
