If you are using Windows 95, 98, or ME, you do not have this feature. But if you are using Windows 2000 or NT, you should be able to do it this way:

Click FILE>EXIT.

A dialog box should pop up that asks you if you want to close the program or minmize it to the system tray. Good luck!
