Penn State was "busted" by RIAA because they had Usher MP3s on their FTP server. What RIAA failed to look at was the content--Professor Usher had files on his web space which RIAA took to be music from a RIAA member. RIAA later apologized for the nasty letter and sent a D and T-shirt of Usher for the Professor.
